The offer, the site, and who pays whom

These terms cover getscriptus.com and a commercial engagement with Scriptus. They are a working description as of 4 September 2026, not a substitute for a signed statement of work. Have counsel read them before you rely on them as the contract.

The product

Scriptus builds a branded AI agent from an operator’s book, frameworks, or methodology, embeds it on the operator’s site, and can run a short free trial plus a reader subscription — or a free lead-gen bot. Typical time-to-live is about one week after we have the source material.

The published price is $5,000 setup plus $500 per month. There is no revenue share. Reader subscriptions, if the operator turns them on, settle on the operator’s checkout (Woo, Kajabi, Stripe, or Whop). Scriptus maps product ids to access. Tenant members never come here to pay for the bot they use.

The same offer applies to authors, coaches, consultants, and course creators. We do not publish a separate /solutions/authors or /solutions/coaches page because the work and the price do not change.

How you buy

Book a call on Calendly. Public self-serve checkout on this marketing site is not open until we say so. When it is, cards go to Stripe Checkout. They never post through a Scriptus page. Until then, do not treat /start on the app host as a public buy path.

This website

You may read, link to, and quote short passages of getscriptus.com with attribution. You may not scrape it to train a competing model, copy the comparison pages as your own, or imply Scriptus endorses a tool we compared. Comparison pages state first-party prices we could verify on the date shown. They are not reviews, ratings, or offers for those products.

The ROI calculator is a spreadsheet in a browser. Defaults are illustrative. Change the sliders and the profit number changes. It is not a promise of revenue, a bid, or tax advice.

Your material

You represent that you have the right to give us the books, notes, and recordings we train on. You keep that intellectual property. You grant Scriptus a limited license to use it to build, host, and support your workspace. We do not reuse one operator’s corpus to answer another operator’s readers.

Acceptable use

Do not use a Scriptus workspace to impersonate someone who did not authorize the corpus, to collect cards on a Scriptus surface, or to break another person’s security or privacy. We may suspend a workspace that creates legal or safety risk we cannot contain.

Warranties and liability

The marketing site is provided as-is. Live bots depend on the material you supply, the model bound to the workspace, and the operator’s own site. We do not warrant a particular subscriber count, rank, or search-engine outcome.

To the extent Texas law allows, Scriptus’s liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow those limits; they apply only as far as they can.

Privacy

The privacy page is the collection and deletion story. Data requests go to hello@getscriptus.com.

Law

Texas law governs, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Dallas County, Texas are the venue unless a mandatory consumer rule says otherwise.

Changes

A signed statement of work controls if it conflicts with this page. We will date changes here when the public offer or the site rules change.
